"I love what I do, I want to give the best service to my customers.
But I'm not keeping on top of my leads, a lot of the time I scribble it in my phone or on a scrap of paper- sometimes on a spreadsheet.
Realistically, I know I need a proper CRM system, but where do I even start?
There are so many & I'm way too busy to set one up… plus that whole process sounds boring- I'd be sat there for a week trying to set it up!

Then, they'd help get me loads of new leads, but only once that core system is working really well.
I'd love it. I could crack on with what I love, make a lot more money, take the family away on holiday more & actually put money aside for the future.
Sometimes I worry what will happen if I don't get it sorted, every time the business takes a downturn it feels more stressful & harder to recover.
Honestly, where could I find that system? I need someone to install it for me & help me grow my business to what I know it can become."
