It's natural to feel concerned. The sequences are meticulously scripted based on what works for your business, if that is a more personal touch then that is exactly what we build in. For example, in our own events, when someone books a ticket, 2 hours later they receive an automated email that gets a high response rate. It's just 2 lines of text to ask if they got the calendar invite for the event. It's minimal & feels personal as a result. A lot of this process is learning where your team repeats themselves & how we can automate that.

No problem at all, as long as you have your data - we can make sure it all gets uploaded on to your new system along with any notes you have on them & keep everything GDPR compliant.
